One of the founders of the business.  Jason has 26 years experience in the industry having started his apprenticeship with Initial Security Systems in 1999.

He went on to work as an engineer for Initial Security until 2005 when he joined BWS Security Systems as an Installation and commissioning engineer. In 2007 he and Craig joined forces to start the business and Complete Security UK was born.

One of the founders of the business.  Craig did his apprenticeship as an electrician and worked in that industry for a few years before joining Initial Security Systems in 1998 and qualifying as a Security Systems engineer.

He left Initial in 2005 and worked for a few different companies in the industry broadening his skills and experience before joining BWS Security Systems in 2007. 
It was here that he and Jason reunited and a short time later took the leap to start the business that they still run together today.

Shelley joined the company in 2013 in a part time role in the office to take over the admin side of the business and help with the SSAIB accreditation. With over ten years of experience in the industry Shelley was a great addition to the business and quickly became office manager.

She now works five days a week and looks after all things admin as well as being the main point of contact for all existing customers with matters relating to system servicing, maintenance and faults. She also controls the installation and servicing app for engineers and manages the database.

Owen joined the business 18 months ago while midway through his apprenticeship with another company in the industry. He has completed his apprenticeship and has been a great addition to the team.

He now has his own van and is proving to be a great engineer always getting great feedback from customers. Still fresh from his own apprenticeship he now has our new apprentice with him sometimes and has shown great skill and patience in passing on in his knowledge.

Dan has been with the company for three months and has gotten off to a great start. He is keen, punctual and always asking questions of whomever he is working with and is already showing signs of a bright future in the industry.

Complete Security UK Ltd is an Approved Installer on the Roll of the Security Systems Alarm Inspectorate Board (SSAIB).  A condition for enrolment is that all installations comply with the relevant British and European Standards.  When the work is completed a certificate of compliance is issued to you.  In your interest installations are liable to inspection by SSAIB.
